Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Firedesk. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all paid subscriptions.
Free Trial
All new departments start with a free 30-day trial. No credit card is required to begin your trial, so there is nothing to refund if you choose not to continue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until your current billing period expires, at which point your account will transition to the Free plan.
No Refunds for the Current Billing Period
All subscription charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will not be charged for any future billing periods, but the current billing period is not eligible for a refund — whether you are on a monthly or annual plan. This applies regardless of how much of the billing period remains.
Plan Changes
If you upgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of a billing period, please contact us. We will review your case and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
